Back in 2016, developer Macrojoy released Armor Riders, an intense side-scrolling shooter in the vein of Contra. Well, since then, Appsolute Games has decided to re-release the game, and has given it a fresh coat of paint, and are re-releasing it on Thursday, May 11th. The game looks mildly tweaked, perhaps, but if you missed this the first time around, the new footage looks definitely smoother, and showing off a promising, feature-packed game in the Contra vein. Plus, you can get what looks like feathered armor?!
This looks like quite the fun game in the Contra tradition, which is extremely lacking on mobile. There’s going to be tons of enemies, big bosses, and vehicle-riding sections. Auto-aiming plays a role, which should help with the difficulties of virtual controls for this genre. This one releases on May 11th on the App Store, and there’s an upcoming forum thread for the Appsolute release of Armor Riders to check out.

Right so because you have metal in your screen name makes you the supreme metal being. Ok haha. I despise Edge of Sanity, My Dying Bride, and Amon Amarth. I'd be totally happy if Death never existed nor Cradle of Filth. No that's for demented people! Give me my Blink 182!
