It’s been a while since anyone’s really heard anything major about Titanfall, the game from the former Call of Duty developers at Respawn Entertainment. But it looks like the franchise lives, and will be coming to mobile, to boot. Nexon will be publishing mobile games based on Titanfall, with multiple games planned over several years. And along with Respawn, they’ll be investing in the game’s developer, Particle City which is co-located with Respawn, and founded by Respawn CEO Vince Zampella along with Larry Pacey, former head of slot machine maker WMS.
This is far from an unprecedented move for Nexon – they’re publishing Cliff Bleszinski’s LawBreakers on desktop, though it too is a free-to-play game, of course. Though, it’ll be interesting to see just what kind of games the Titanfall partnership brings. While it’ll be curious to see what comes out of this for mobile, this also raises the question: What is the future of the Titanfall franchise? We know EA is doing Titanfall 2 but how will the mobile games relate to that?

Nice easter egg to one famous single from The Smiths but IMO this sweet game deserves a 4.5/5 !
Nice review anyway !
And for the devs : more levels please ;)
So, a well made, polished match three with s little twist (engender if it doesn't change the world) that is 1.99 to own it & play all you want just gets an "ok" review? Not a bad review really but a little off to me. Since when do games get reviewed for what they aren't? Not enough game here for a 1.99 mobile match-3 game? What is enough? I'd love to see more levels but this is a good game as is. 23,000 match-games I could choose rather than this one....which one? How many of those 23,000 are 1.99 with IAP or shenanigans (like purposely ridiculous levels that are all luck, like 2-dots that got a great review). Oh, and this game saves as soon as you close I, which should be s given in mobile games but isn't.... Anyway, great game!!!! People buy it!!!
Very good game that's easy to recommend. Shaun what happened?🤓
It felt like the whole game was just world 1-1. I can see the potential, but it doesn't really follow up on its promising framework sufficiently for me to recommend it with the strength I would for something like, say, Hero Emblems.
I get ya. :)
I don't agree with you on this one but you are still my favorite reviewer.
You're breaking my heart here, coolpepper :(
You are my favorite reviewer that I always disagree with ;)
Yes, hero embalm is awesome!!! (Just wish they would remove the need to confirm a move on the map).
Graphics look like a crappy old flash game.
I think the value is pretty dead on (no pun intended). I've enjoyed it and certainly didn't feel overcharged for two bucks. I like the contemplative aspect of the game. So many of these types simply devolve into speed matching as they progress.
This is why I enjoy this game so much! It's not time based.
