You guys know how this works by now, but it’s Wednesday again and I guess there’s no harm in explaining it one more time- Due to the majiks of iTunes regions, games hit the New Zealand App Store first at right around 7:00 AM Eastern. Around this time, folks start posting threads in our forums and first impressions start dribbling in from people in New Zealand, Australia, and various Asian markets that are all lucky enough to get iOS games first. Us Americans are stuck waiting until 11:00 PM Eastern for these games to appear on our App Store.

Nothing really pops out at me. Space chicks looks alright. Maybe I'll just buy a controller!!! Now of they could manage to make games stream seamlessly through Apple TV I wouldn't have to worry about constant lag and could play my games on my tv without a problem.

Lords of Waterdeep for me. I've been pretty stoked about that since it was announced. It seems I'll have to at least triple my iOS budget for the end of the year rush. Final Fantasy VI hits before the end of the year too, I think.
They said winter. Judging by the freeze around the holidays it doesn't look likely. I'd look for it around January. I believe the FF4 spinoff comes out before the end of the year though!

This is quite possibly the best dollar I've ever spent.
I've literally played this game more than any game I've ever played on iOS.
I think it should increase in price, if anything.

I've gotten some great games when they drop to free on special promotions and such. I play tons of games and love them, but just don't have the cash to spend on them.

Ndemic is literally 1 guy, who has supported this game consistently for well over a year now. I'm gonna drop the $2.99 on the season pass, because he deserves the support for making such a great game. Skip a cup of coffee for one day, and buy this game. Totally worth it.

Spend yours how you will, but you'll be missing out on a great game, with IAP that's more than fair, and that you don't have to purchase to enjoy this great game. So while you're cribbing off McD's wifi, skip the Dollar Menu just once, and do yourself a favor and enjoy this game! ;)

That's quite understandable, and I do wish I could spend a dollar, but as I said in a previous post, I would rather spend it on something that's more needed at the moment.
By the way, I do skip the dollar menu.. All the time. I get my food from food pantries.

Seems to me that anyone who has an iPhone yet claims they can't afford a dollar is full of it or just making excuses for being cheap.
You are blessed then, to have extra change laying around. I'd consider donating to the needy if you don't use it.

If you really can't afford to spare even one dollar a month, just $0.25 / week, for your game budget then you may want to consider selling your iPhone or iPad. It just seems that if someone is this tight on money, having an iOS device is a luxury you should consider giving up.

Umm, if I was genuinely in your situation where I didn't have even a dollar or whatever to spare I'd be selling my device if things were that tight. I'm on a really tight budget myself at the moment but if there is a game I want I'll make cut backs elsewhere, iOS games are dirt cheap and things like switching the brand of one type of food you buy easily makes up enough to buy most titles, if I was at a point where I did all this and still couldn't afford 69p for a game I really wanted then trust me, I wouldn't have an iPad as I'd be selling it for the much needed money.
Just started playing this game last night, can't believe I've skipped over it so many times, I'm looking forward to getting deeper in the game and will be buying some iaps at some point too.

Finally got a chance to play it and im loving it. Sadly it wont let me purchase the scenarios right now. I am a bit curious though, if i buy just the scenario pack does that mean that future plagues are going to cost money and scenarios are free? Or are plagues going to still be unlockable by beating previous ones on brutal? Just trying to figure out the point of the plague pack.

Ok so I am finally going to get this after watching it for a whole. 2 questions though;
1 - Is there iCloud sync
2 - Is it something I want to have with me all the time (iPhone) or just in the evenings (iPad). This of course doesn't matter if the answer to 1 is yes :)

Paid 2.99 and scenarios show as unlocked, but only black death is playable. Rebooted, etc. - no dice. Any ideas?
So I've been putting in a fair few hours trying to earn three biohazard points in Black Death and for the time being it seems almost impossible....
Is it possibly to score three biohazard points on easy mode or would you have to play brutal?
Does the next disease open up if you score three biohazard points on Black Death?
And thirdly, does anyone have a working walkthrough on how to score three biohazard points on Black Death yet?
Start I am Korea. Evolve rat then bird 1 and 2. That should get you started. I can get 3 points for casual and normal but not brutal.
I bought the scenarios - awesome addition! I can't quite decipher the biohazard award scheme (colors: bronze, silver, gold; number: 1, 2, 3) and what you need to win the achievements. After playing a few times on various scenarios and difficulties, I have the following biohazards (in order from left to right):
Black Death - one gold, one silver, one bronze
Sovereign Default: one gold, two bronze
Swine Flu: two silver, one bronze.
Could this please be explained?

Another suggestion for the game is an in-game mechanism for keeping stats on game combos played/won/lost, etc. (This would have been helpful, too, when trying to unlock the last content and/or get the achievement for winning all on brutal.

The bronze ones are acquired if you win on Casual. Silver for normal dificulty and gold for brutal dificulty. In order to get 3 bio hazzard you need to achieve a certain score and that means wiping out humanity in a certain number of days so you'll need to come up with new strategies. I currently have 3 gold bio hazzards on everything except black death (2 gold bio hazzards) and smallpox (1 gold biohazzard)--- in order to
Complete 100 percent you need to beat them all on a certain level. Hope this helps
Why can't I unlock them by beating the previous ones on brutal? I don't want to pay for them all and I beat Black Death on brutal.. Kinda pissed
I tried to buy this, but for some reason, when i try to buy any in-app purchase in this game, it tells me to check my internet connection, but it's fine! I tried using 3G, WIFI and everything! Why is this happening?
I wish that you could get this for free (i.e beating everything, including Neruax worm, Simian flu, and Necroa virus, as well as bacteria through dio weapon on mega brutal), that would be fair (In my opinion)
