Ubisoft’s E3 2013 press conference closed with a look at Tom Clancy’s The Division, an MMO shooter RPG that’s being created by the capable hands at Massive Entertainment. It looks a lot like the latest handful of third-person Ghost Recon games, except Division focuses a lot more on progression, cooperation, and has a persistent open world that players can shoot each other in.
We’re introducing you to this, by the way, because it has second screen support. With a tablet or phone, players will be able to drop into the game as a drone that can support units in the proper game by providing healing and surveillance, according to iMore.
We’ve got a trailer below that shows off some of this, though it mostly focuses on The Division proper:
The Division is set to hit next year across Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
