Developer CandyCane Apps is now offering their puzzle game Fuzzle [App Store] for free.
Normally priced at $1.99, they are offering it as a free download for a “limited period of time". The gameplay is described as:
The concept is simple – move the balls around the board to create lines of five balls of the same color. Every time you finish a row, the balls are removed. But after every other move you make, more balls are added.
Additional to the plain colored balls, two special balls are provided – the rainbow ball, which serves as any colour, and the bomb ball, which clear all balls of the line’s color from the board. Use these wisely in your quest to survive as long as possible.
The developer posted this demo video showing off the game:
We can’t say we’re 100% convinced this is actually the developer since iTunes lists “Mikael Suvi" as the seller, but regardless, it’s a good effort.
