Danny and Candy were assigned to deal with the evil villain Trustra, who transformed all of earth's buildings into cards using the ""SYY"" gun. In order to save the planet, Kimmy, the supreme executive of S.C.O.U.T. has assigned Danny and Candy to rebuild the city using cards... Let's bring civilization back to Earth and restore the smiles of it's citizens.

Players use cards to construct the city, building a variety of different stores in order to satisfy their customers' needs .Players are rewarded with powerful new cards, big surprises, and money from their patrons. There are so many surprises just waiting to be discovered."
