http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegemite Guess I wasnt the only one who had no clue what the heck vegemite was
Only thing I recalled was it being mentioned in Men At Work's song Down Under of being given a vegemite sandwich so finally had just looked it up on the net'. Blah'......gotta be some Australians that can vouch for this stuff, but personally? It's nothing that's going on my sandwich.
You can also buy Vegemite in the UK, it's just harder to find. There's a difference in taste too (I love Marmite, hate Vegemite) but I'm not sure whether or not it matches the US/AU/whatever Vegemite.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-13558288 Come on guys, you can't understand someone speaking the exact same words as you? I'm kinda glad in a way, 'cause Cheryl Cole is a bit of a babe and now we get to keep her for ourselves.
OLD FOLKS TEXTING ATD - at the doctor. BFF - best friend fell. BTW - bring the wheelchair. BYOT - bring your own teeth. FWIW - forgot where I was. GGPBL - gotta go, pacemaker battery low. GHA - got heartburn again. IMHAO - is my hearing aid on? LMDO - laughing my dentures out. OMMR - on my massage recliner. ROFLACGU - rolling on floor laughing and can't get up. TTYL - talk to you louder
Well, in the video SHE I could understand alright but those two that were interviewed on the street? I could only make out maybe 3 words from all that. But then again, we've gotten the southern Cajun here in the south.....
Almost as funny as overhearing a little old lady (I'd guess late 70's) trying to explain "the twitter" to her friends.
