No price has been set and if you know the AppStore and EA, you know how those details can change at any moment! ;-)

Looks really cool, I liked the first game but the fact it is now with EA concerns me a bit. They have a track with no game center and no updates.
And you can bet it will be 69p as all EA games end up at that price every other weekend.

I think i will give this one a try if it is at 99 cents/ 79 eurocents, the first trenches was a funny little game. Hopefully they will integrate gamecenter even it is an ea release.

As many of you heard, Trenches 2 was delayed.

Trenches 2 will be coming December 15th and will have separate iPad and iPhone versions.

The reason for NOT being universal is for multiplayer balancing. The iPad is much easier to play on and allows more troops on the HUD, so it wouldn't be fair to compete from an iPhone.

The launch price for iPhone will be $1.99 and for iPad at $2.99.

We've already got some sweet updates lined up so please stay tuned!

    Will updates be IAP?

No I don't mind donating money to good developers but the answer will determine if I need to top up my account.

I just hope it'll work better than Trenches: Generals which sometimes would crash.

No, the updates will not be IAP. The updates will be free for anyone who has already purchased the game.

Major updates should be introduced through IAP if they add significant content to the game... just sayin...

Yeah I tend to agree. Some may say...... What!!! You are not OK with free! Shut up and take the free! Why do you want to give them money?....... Well paid updates are almost always larger more ambitious and more satisfying. When money is on the line and more money is coming in to pay the team and pay bills then you can spend more time and money on the updates. Small tweaks or adding a survival level what not I undersand the free. Major addition and exspansion of the game is worth .99 or a couple more. Game Devs make things. They actually make a product and spread entertainment joy and get you away from broken humanity for a while. They employ people who have family's. They pump money into the economy. They are GOOD for the world. With the exeption of Gameloft now. Their I.A.P route and the way they changed games you already own to need constant I.A.P is just the epitome of BAD greed. Some people just push money around and don't really add anything to the world nor make anything and employ very few people who hoard small countrys worth of wealth to sit in their bank account and do nothing but make them richer than their insanely rich neighbor. That's why I don't mind paying my hard earned money to a game Company for entertainment.

Ha ha! Funny. Yeah sorry for the rant with a political slant:) I do work in the feild of helping politians crafting messages so.......... Makes sense right? But basic point being...... Some things are worth your money and their profit is healthy for all. Some just are vampires looking to suck you dry. I will take your personal message now for those bank account numbers. Promise the money will only go to good causes to advance humanity.
