It's chaotic in a good way. But imo it's missing RPG mechanics, this game would be fantastic if it had ways to unlock new skills and upgrade the TMNT. It's still a good game and it's fun to play. What I like as well is that there are 2 difficulty levels, so both kids and adults can play it. People might want to know: after you open the game it tells you that there's more content available as an IAP. I don't get paying this much money for gameplay that has little to nothing to do with neither gaming nor playing... I was first worried that it might be as bad as the last TMNT Game but this one does come a lot more closer to what the Show is all about then actually the last Game did at any point at all. Battleheart-like games aren't about the actual combat itself per se, maybe that's what you mean. But they very much ARE games that you play and they require a lot of skill and strategy. I might describe it more as a management type of game as you're constantly having to manage your party of characters, heal them, fire off special abilities, etc. Sanuku Well-Known Member Jun 14, 2009 11,954 4 38 Austria http://www.touchgameplay.com #13 Sanuku, Jan 7, 2016 I don`t know how you feel about it Guys but I would love it if there would be a Pause Button so I could slow down the Fights or even stop them and then plan which Turtle should attack which of the Foot Soldier redribbon Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2010 2,799 53 48 entepreanur, programmer #14 redribbon, Jan 7, 2016 agreed, slow down ability is all i asked as an additional feature on this game. oh and there is additional iap inside the game to unlock additional costume, with real money. so far the game itself is fun and entertaining. the control mechanism is kinda confusing at first but not hard to mastered in short time. recommended for kids and grown up(especially for a die hard tmnt fans like me ) touchy85 Well-Known Member Jan 21, 2015 1,616 1 38 #15 touchy85, Jan 7, 2016 What's kind of a bummer is that the game wiped my progress. istako Well-Known Member Nov 9, 2012 130 0 0 #16 istako, Jan 7, 2016 Well, I havent tried Battleheart in particular, but I have tried several such games. However, seems like people are happy with this. I admit Im itching for some new TMNT action. Id try this if the word wasnt that its shallow and repetitive. Or at least its what Im hearing. Im waiting for impressions to decide. But ok, I hear you. Maybe I am wrong. PS to the other reply: games arent interactive video, thats another thing. Games are interactive media and it just spirals from there. If it doesnt, you dont have much of a game. I wish it had a better control or MFi support. I have no way to skip it. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
