We got this problem too initialy. What u need to do is to delete your SoG apps and re-download again and it should be fixed. Your scores in the server will still be maintained so don't worry about that one.
Well I won't do that unless I get droped out of the top 10, however I might just quit handycapping myself and take up the zeroIII and as boring as I find it, eat all these p-40 rooms alive. At least overtaking Sola I will give me a goal, and keep me engaged. This will work though if Keebler is up for it I think it says alot about Sola, hitting the top 10 twice and doing it the second time so quickly, but I also realize there are only two people right now, who can stop him from being in there twice. It would be nice to see Capt fear and <?> come back and give it a go as well for one last hurrah! I really do want to slow down and just play tough games, but this is an unusual circumstance. EDIT: I probably need about 4000 kills to overtake Sola I and when I was busting my butt, I was only getting 5000 kills a month. I really don't have as much time to invest in this game as I used to, but I will give it a go... I really doubt I will do it before Sola II overtakes me though That's going to be tough! EDIT: On second thought Shern, I should probably take off the SAB badge too for a little bit if everyone is OK with that, it is hard racking up kills while avoiding shooting down teammates after all. Does anyone object if the "Goose" is loose?
He is on the SAB roster, but I have never met him Sierra returned, now it looks like EmpReb. Looks like some of the older members are returning

I guess this makes me the first person to be in the top 10 twice! Sorry Sola! hehe! EDIT: The only thing I can think of is I have both the BoB version and the free version up and running on my ipod. I have been playing with the free version, because it has the bug updates... but I did launch the BoB last night. Weird it has never done that before.

Well there is one way to find out. I am going to change my name to "Goose" in one of my SoG versions and see what happens. If I am right you should see position 10a change to "Goose" while 10b should still read "[SAB]Orion. I won't be able to see 10b though, so you will have to tell me what happens. I used to use both versions all the time, one I kept as an alias, the other my normal name. All that would happen is my highscore would show the name I had in the last version I opened. In either event, there seems to be a new bug in the highscore servers. It takes about 5 minutes or so for the change to take place. EDIT: sorry about your power button! That does not sound good.
ahhhh okay will keep an eye out I'm surprised that flimsy power button has lasted as long as it has - not the greatest feature. Fixing it is about 1/4 the price of a new iPod, so unless it stops working completely I'll make do. the only thing I miss is taking pics during games - thats nigh on impossible EDIT... GOT TWO GOOSES lol
I wish we were local to one an other. Everytime one of my iPods batteries dies I take it apart and replace them myself with higher capacity batteries I buy off of eBay. Also I have had a few harddrives fail on me, which in the past gave me an excuse to to up my harddrive space.I haven't taken apart my touch yet as the batteries are good, as I have only had it since December, but I already have found instructions online to dismantle it when I will eventually need to. If your willing to risk it I'm sure you could find that power button on eBay cheap and have at it. If you have no experince fixing iPods though, I would only attempt it as a last resort. So you are seeing two Gooses. Your right then, it's nothing I'm doing on my end
Bad news: I suppose that SGN will not invest much time in fixing the bugs, changing the score list, implementing a better communication system for the current versions. Wow.. impressing.. I lately could use a friends iphone who has nearly never played. He had no kills and 8 deaths... rank 48'734 so they have 15'000 more than last time you checked it. With 5 kills I pushed him to rank 22'xxx. So there are many players who just play once or twice and then stop.

No idea.. maybe it's just the scoring, naming and communication thing.. where other games can use if they need. But It will change something I think. But it won't have to do with the servers on which the game is running, I think. Btw.. Hibatchi is a very nice name. Commander Hibatchi... yes...
