Big fan of the entire Quell series. Can't wait to try it out. Instant buy! rbates Well-Known Member Sep 4, 2012 194 0 0 #3 rbates, Jul 14, 2016 Quell has long been my favorite puzzle series on iOS, and so far this one does not dissapoint. It brings back the classic puzzle mechanics along with a few tricks of its own. The difficulty curve seems easier than the others but still a lot of fun. If you like puzzles be sure to pick this one up! rIcHrAnDoM Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Nov 17, 2008 7,936 30 38 Steelworker/Welder Indiana, USA #4 rIcHrAnDoM, Jul 14, 2016 Excellent series of games and fantastic developer. There are a lot of similar elements to previous games and some new. Enjoying it so far. The story with letters is a nice touch. Looks great! Valentia Well-Known Member Patreon Gold Jan 20, 2009 618 1 18 Female Retired! California #8 Valentia, Jul 14, 2016 Yay, it's out! Anything Quell is an instabuy for me. And they all live permanently on my iThings. I've played a bit, and it's lovely, as expected. I really like the music, which is something I almost never say (I find most game music super annoying and usually play games with sound off, so this is a very nice treat). I'm very much looking forward to playing more. A lot more! # mzinn Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2014 770 0 16 #9 mzinn, Jul 14, 2016 Put me down for instabuy as well. Love all the games in this series. I can't believe this iteration is even more beautiful with the introduction of new game elements than previous versions. As always, Steven Cravis' soundtrack is melodically mesmerizing. If you like puzzles, you'll absolutely love Quell Zen. mzinn Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2014 770 0 16 #14 mzinn, Jul 15, 2016 Decided to start over will all the Quell games & play them in order. But before I did I tried a few levels on Zen to see how it was & I'm very impressed. Love what you've done & how well thought out your games are. This one seems to have an extra dose of polish (if that's even possible) Wow. rbates Well-Known Member Sep 4, 2012 194 0 0 #15 rbates, Jul 15, 2016 Last edited: Jul 16, 2016 Better than Perfect List I am compiling a list of levels which can be completed under the perfect number of moves. There is another level in Journey or Mindfulness than can be done under the "perfect" score. I don't remember which one it was. Maybe it was also a hidden level, because I cannot seem to find it. Are hidden level scores counted in the Chapter total score? Is there an easy way to see your number of moves and the "perfect" score is other than watching each of the movies at the end of the chapter? Is there a way to see the hidden (ring) levels? Are there hidden additional levels that can be reveled by pressing something three times like in the other Quell games? Does anyone know which levels can be black hole levels? Any way to see how you did on them? Love this game. I get sucked in so easily. I want to play it all the time and I want to go slow any enjoy it. rbates Well-Known Member Sep 4, 2012 194 0 0 #19 rbates, Jul 16, 2016 No, the only place I see the hidden levels being counted is a few of the achievements. Not that I have found. I needed to watch all of the movies to figure out which ones could be done under perfect. Also Spoiler a timed trick was needed on Tranquility 3-4 which causes that replay to glitch out on me and never finish so I am unable to see the rest of them in that area. There is a ring icon on the level select screen, but I wish there was an easy way to get to it once you have found the ring. That would be cool!
