No I just wanted to see when I can get it off my backlog. I would love to finish it in one sitting with no distractions, so I just want to know how much time that might take (playing it properly and taking as much in I suppose).
Alright 25$ some good pick up and play games, that are in portrait mode. Also some games that have leveling, or lots of reply.
Gave you this list in the other MWSIG thread, but here goes: Also you could add Groove Coaster and The Blocks Cometh to that list. As far as tons of replay (assuming that's what you meant ), best bet would be Lego Harry Potter, if you don't have it yet. TONS of replay there (and it's on sale)
I wish there were more games like S&S, but I suppose that's a blessing in disguise; it's that unique structure and feel that makes it so good.
I really WANT to pull the trigger on Black Ops Zombies...but...two concerns...no sale from Activision yet (could be one for new years maybe, but this doesnt concern me very much tbh) and the other is that there has been some overwhelming bad feedback about it versus the other CoD zombies games...I dont have any of them, I would like some help with this.
Well, from what I've heard, people have been having a lot of frame rate problems/crashing and whatnot. Unfortunately, if you'll be playing on an iPhone 3GS, I don't think your experience will be any better. About the possible sale, I don't think it'll happen. If they didn't drop the price for Christmas, I don't think they'll drop it for New Years since, in my opinion, it's less important
Yeah I doubt they would do a New Years sale if they didn't do one for Christmas, but it's your call, New Years is less then a week away if you don't mind waiting. And the controls, well...it's playable, but they suck.
Yeah thanks for the advice ahead of time. You're right, i just needed a voice of reason to tell me not to grab it. I got a phone update in February, on the bright side
Advice: skip it. Heard of lots of issues in it, plus it has only onemap + dead ops arcade ( first had four ), and its higher in price than the first. Also if anyones interested, the mlig thread (iOS game tournaments) thread is being started up again. Feel free to join in! Back ontopic, any non rpg must have games that are REALLY fun?
Do you have Where's my Water? Slam Dunk King is also very fun. - Is Poker Pals worth it? How fun is it against the computer ( don't know if I can get many of friends to buy it) Also how long is Sword and Poker 2, does it have any replay value?
Yup, have both of them (and agreed on Slam Dunk King, it's awesome!). Any other awesome, fun games? As long as it's not an rpg I'll keep it in mind for sure!
Dungeon Raid - TA review Such a great game with loads of content and leveling. Perfect for pick up and play or even sitting down with for a couple hours.
I'm wondering...Pocket RPG vs Battleheart? Because I constantly see them being compared to Battleheart. I know a lot of people prefer the latter, but what makes one better than the other? Which one is worth it?
I don't have Pocket RPG, but from what I've seen, it seems to be a dual-stick shooter-type hack-n-slash game. Of course, it is an RPG, so you will probably be able to level up and unlock stuff. Battleheart, on the other hand, is more of a strategy game since you have to control a team of people simultaneously (rather than just one person, like in Pocket RPG). You'll have to use them strategically to defeat all the baddies. This game also has RPG elements, so you'll be able to level up each character, buy new items for each character, level up skills and whatnot. Other than the leveling up and unlocking stuff, I don't really see how they're similar.
