TheMerc Well-Known Member Jul 11, 2012 353 0 0 #5 TheMerc, May 20, 2014 You can unlock all the characters in-game. However, some of them are so expensive that you'll need to buy at least the stud multiplier IAP to stand a chance to earn enough for all of them. It's not like you need to buy them all - you unlock every main character you'll need as you progress through the game. You'll only need to buy the villains or smaller characters in the shop - but it's unfortunate nontheless that the developers couldn't find more suitable prices for them. On the whole, the game is quite excellent, with enough content to keep the player busy for a good while. It's a bit large when it comes to filesize, and like I said, it's too bad the purchasable characters weren't more fairly priced, but it's still a very fun game if you're a Tolkien or LEGO fan! For a buck, I don't think you can go wrong. Davidprimer Member Mar 24, 2010 10 0 0 #6 Davidprimer, May 20, 2014 I was waiting for this price drop. TheMerc Well-Known Member Jul 11, 2012 353 0 0 #8 TheMerc, May 20, 2014 I have to say, I'm curious as to what the point of this massive LEGO sale is. I know that we're talking about the AppStore, where any game can experience a price drop for any reason, but it's odd that every LEGO game has been put on sale all of a sudden... Hopefully this is a sign that a new port of a classic LEGO game is coming! It's been a while since the last big LEGO release (with LEGO Star Wars during the Holiday season last year), and I've been dying to see when LEGO Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean and Marvel, among others, would find their way to iOS. Here's hoping one of these will be released soon!
