    Go get it!

It's at least out for iPhone in the US and it's 241.7mb. That's all I know so far.

    Edit:
Improved syncing for music, movies, TV shows, podcasts, and photos1
    iTunes U content organization1
Redeem iTunes Gift Cards, codes, and certificates in the App Store
Display available iTunes account credits in the App Store and iTunes Store
Save video from Mail and MMS into Camera Roll
Option to "Save as new clip" when trimming a video on iPhone 3GS
Better iPhone 3G Wi-Fi performance when Bluetooth is turned on
Remotely lock iPhone with a passcode via MobileMe
Use Voice Control on iPhone 3GS with Bluetooth headsets
Paste phone numbers into the keypad
Option to use Home button to turn on accessibility features on iPhone 3GS
Warn when visiting fraudulent websites in Safari (anti-phishing)
Improved Exchange calendar syncing and invitation handling
Fixes issue that cause some app icons to display incorrectly

It's free if you already bought it before.

I meant that if you bought the 3.0 fw before you can upgrade for free.

    - iPhone/iPod syncing has been greatly improved, not only with enhanced controls of what music and media syncs, but also what apps sync and what order they appear on your home screens.
    - iTunes 9 features complete app organization. Deleting apps from the device within iTunes is as simple as clicking a little black X in the corner, just like if you were deleting them from your iPhone
    - Entire pages of apps can be arranged right within iTunes, the whole system looks extremely useful and should come as a huge relief to those of you who have massive app libraries.

Do you need 3.1 for those

    Done!

All my apps show as "other" now

I did not lose my 16 pages of apps, but only 11 show in iTunes.

Went to go reorganize apps, and iTunes asked me about removing photos despite the fact that I have sync photos disabled. :(

Syncing right now, will be interesting to see if I lose my photos (have photos on my PC at home, not at work...)

They sure do get deleted if you check the box and don't have the photos on your computer though... (same for everything else ;))
