Anomaly Defenders is a tower defense game. As in Kingdom Rush (or similars) you have to place, upgrade, and repair towers along fixed paths and prevent waves of invaders to reach the base. (Collect currency during fights.) Anomaly 2 (the first one: Anomaly Warzone Earth doesn't exist any more for new users) is a "tower offense" game (the other way round, you command the invaders; except in some multiplayer modes). It's more unique than Defenders and on sale as well. Link to Anomaly 2 (was on sale once before, almost exactly one year ago): https://itunes.apple.com/app/anomaly-2/id675066184?mt=8 Maybe the better choice for all profs who got sick of the KR formula (except they want to watch the wonderful graphics). Anomaly Defenders is definitely recommended for TD beginners. And the best: No "In-App Purchases" for real money (in both Anomaly games). It's all up to you and your realtime strategy. imdakine1 Well-Known Member Aug 23, 2011 1,229 22 38 #5 imdakine1, Dec 21, 2014 The original and anomaly Korea which was sort of part 2 or additional missions don't work with the iPhone 6 / iOS 8. I DL both anomaly 2 & anomaly defenders yesterday hoping they would work on the iPhone 6 and they worked fine. .99 each is w steal! I would highly recommend them and could only wish that they update their other two games. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
