Just got this one on my hero and came to post it. She's doing well, though, having completed 2 quests and gotten halfway through the 3rd without a single death yet. I imagine that will change, but I'm pleased with Slurp Master's performance so far. Haven't checked her stats in a while - just been reading her diary updates - but I think she's level 8 or 9 now.

If you mean the stat numbers going down, that's a good thing. You start off buying equipment with negative values, and eventually keep buying better stuff (lower negative numbers) until you start buying stuff with positive stat values.

I've been loving this game so far (Parrots on the main square prophecised: 'Jump around! Jump around! Jump, jump up and get down!.' But did anyone else get stuck with 'do nothing until next quest' as their first quest? :/
