My games, Trainyard and Trainyard Express both have Retina support. I also use the Retina assets on the iPad, so it looks really good on the iPad too. Trainyard Express is free, and if you've got an iPhone 4 or a new iPod touch it's a great game to try out the display... The track has very fine detail, so it's easy to see the high density resolution.
Matt - Trainyard looks great on the iPhone, and pretty good at 2x on the iPad - would love to see it as a universal though if the programming is not too difficult.
