My recommendation for future builds would be to create an option that allows players to hold down the right side in order to fire rather than constantly tapping. At every 10th level there is a boss battle which helps changes things up! Everything starts to get a lot more difficult the farther you progress. I'll take your suggestion into consideration though! If enough people play could be a great high scorer. A little bit of Gorf or Moon cresta to mix it up would be wicked but I think it's pretty spot on. Will attempt to beat your high score later. Nice retro feeling with good controls for a highscore chase. Just came to level 15 (nice visuals on the boss), so i don't know if some new enemies will show up later. Probably not ? Truth. Originally my thought was "Galaxian/space invaders in the arcade didn't have a pause, why should I?" So I never worried about implementing it. I guess some things are worth changing. You can get around this at the moment by just pressing the home button.
