It miiighht be Deathsmiles, considering that's already been localized. I want Mushihime-sama Futari, though. Anything from Cave is great, anyways.

Not only am I waiting for this app, I'm waiting for my copy of Deathsmiles to arrive in the mail! The anticipation is slowly killing me. Slowly. But all together far too surely...

Damn. They have to release this soon. I think I'll pass on Espgaluda II and just get this.
Espgaluda II lite works like a charm on the iPhone 4.

You should definitely pick up Espgaluda II at some point. DoDonPachi Resurrection and Espgaluda will both be worth owning, considering they're completely separate games despite being similar in gameplay.

If you're a fan of ESPgaluda II, you should purchase it solely to help contribute to the development of more amazing games from Cave. These are exciting times to see Cave making their games available in the U.S. and support from the fans is integral to future releases.

It was submitted on, what, Monday? It seems like we ought to have it today... Of course, if we don't get it today it will be sometime next week since Apple don't approve apps on weekends.

They certainly do. I have had apps I've written approved on the weekend. It might be that the game companies hold the release date until the Monday to try to avoid getting lost in the weekend shuffle... maybe?

Ah, OK. In my (rather limited) experience I don't often see apps approved on weekends, but I'd much sooner take your word, seeing that you're a developer.

I'm hoping this gets approved today or tomorrow. The average approval time seems to lean around a week so we should be seeing it soon... right?

This really should be universal more so when you consider it's restricted to 3G+ devices and the fact that iphone4's native res is very close to the ipads.

Uhm... Native resolution is 320*240, Cave should remake all graphics.

Any chance of retina support... Guess not as it isn't mentioned in the release info? It would be so beautiful with retina support!

Espgaluda 2 hasn't gotten any retina display support, so I think it's a long shot that this one will. If not, I' won't complain. Espgaluda 2 already looks pretty damn good.

That being said, I would LOVE retina display support. :D

5 bucks! Nice!! They should lower down the price of Espgaluda II as well to celebrate the release of Dodonpachi Resurrection. lol
