Hi everybody. Happy New Year! City Lines is a puzzle game where you connect all the same dots to fill the board. And right after you complete a puzzle, a beautiful city will be built up! Moreover, there will be an async Multiplayer mode to compete with people around the world! There are 1000+ puzzles ranging from "kid mode" to "brain teaser", with lots of beautiful city themes such as: Saigon, Da Nang, Hanoi, Rio, Tokyo, Paris, London, etc. The game is planned to be released on the AppStore in early February 2016. Is there a chance to get Geneva and Osaka? I'll definitely keep an eye on this one and maybe download it.
@djstout Thanks for the tips. We will add them for sure! (and will continuously add a lot more cities). Happy new year!
That screen shorts are really amazed. nice creation. creativity of the game is really user friendly. nice share. mate
Thanks a lot, folks! This is a HUGE motivation for our small team to work hard bringing fun and quality games to the community. Cheers!
The game looks super cool. Do the parts of the cities only appear once you complete the board or do they show up as you complete the lines?
It only appears once you complete the puzzle. The purpose is to make the puzzle solving process clear and not to confuse players. The "city building" part is like a visual reward when you complete a puzzle
The game got a nice preview, thanks a lot! http://toucharcade.com/2016/01/06/city-lines-trailer/ We've been working hard for the Multiplayer mode. It turns out that it's more complicated than what we imagined. It could take 1-2 more weeks to be completed.
Hi everyone, Unfortunately we can't make it this time. The initial expectation was that we publish the game early of Feb (this Thursday). However, multiplayer turns out to be much more complicated than what we imagined. We've only reached 90% progress. During that time, we also got some offer from some publishers, so there's a chance that the game will be released under a (big) publisher's name. Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. So I hope the waiting is worth it for you Btw, here are some new (marketing) screenshots of the game:
Pheww..... After monthsss of troubles, the iOS version is finally submitted for review today. Hopefully it can go live in time for next week's TA game news on Thursday. Thanks a lot, everyone, for your patience so far
This looks like a fun little game, I like the colorful art and the fact that the puzzles result in a city being made. Did you guys get the multiplayer working in the new version?
Oh my, it's already approved by Apple and live :O http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=287422 @mooliongames: yes it has Multiplayer, please try
