Yep, retina support is there. We did TONS of optimizing in order to get file size down, which also helps with lower gen devices -- but you definitely won't notice any loss of quality. I wouldn't get too carried away with file size in general though, as lots of the size in a Gameloft game for ex is simply the large movie files and things like that.

Yeeees! Thank you for the review TA Man its so nice that people are enjoying the game after all this work... don't forget to leave impressions, feedback, or ask questions to anyone just trying out the game. In regards to iPad/universal update -- we are currently weighing our options with this.
i know, but I am still writing a 5 star review on the appstore in a bit. The game is ****ing amazing.
ok so lemme get this straight. there's no campaign mode in this game? its just two different survival games right? if so then how do the side quests get involved? and also how long is the is the gameplay until lets say you beat it
You CAN'T beat an Endless Survival game, just the best scores of everybody else who has ever played it.
BAM look what happens when I don't pay attention! Foursaken Media - congrats and thank you. I was a humble beta tester and must say that the way they did the testing was great. I was saddened by the fact I was in the later round but turned out their system was great because we had a fresh look on things. And even to that point they were open and listening to suggestions and feedback. By far one of the best betas I have had the privilege to be a part of and I hope the game gets the recognition it deserves. Oh wait, it is starting to! Well well well deserved let me tell you! Going to read the rest of this explosion of a thread now before I comment more but wanted to pop in and say congrats!
Agreed! Even if all they did was upscale the graphics, and release an HD version I'd buy it again. But universal would be amazing
Its a little hard to explain... its not like Minigore where you just pick a level and play for a high score, but it also doesn't have an epic RPG storyline. There is dialog, there are unlockable story tidbits (history scrolls), and there is definitely a sense of progression and completion as you unlock new levels, turrets, and abilities. To unlock everything it will definitely take quite a few hours (and thats not to mention achievements).... when you start to get good, games can become pretty epic, lasting over an hour each (of course there is auto save in case you only have a short time to play). I think (hope?) that we have struck a nice balance between short and long term goals which will keep you playing And thanks Ayjona, definitely let us know about that review!
