Requiring a fair amount of concentration, but never overly harsh, it wants you to be a survivor and will equip you with the appropriate weapon to do so." TheVerge: "With the zombie shooter, Wandake Game Studios reminds us why we love killing undead, by doing what everyone else has done. Just better." TouchArcade: "We're digging Max. The production elements are off the wall good, which helps. But more importantly, we're clicking with its action. But, so far, very positive. It looks really good. And I mean it looks really good. Good sound effects. Awesome knife. I reckon iap is balanced but not far enough to say for sure yet. You do get plenty of coins on each level. Plenty of checkpoints as well. Haven't hit any major challenges yet but starting to look like its going to get more intense. (just realised I'm playing "sissy" difficulty level, gonna have to remedy that, but at that definitely gonna get more challenging) Controls are very, very good for a side scroller. Long time since I played a side scrolling but am definitely enjoying it so far. It's good fun. I reckon it's well worth it and an easy recommendation. That main character looks pretty badass ironsam80 Well-Known Member Dec 14, 2010 1,151 34 48 #18 ironsam80, Sep 14, 2012 OK the game simple rocks!!! I download this and the plan was some testing and after go to sleep... and after 2 hours i m still here!!! One from the best platformers i played recently on ios... Great design, good controls and i really like how it progress through levels... If in the begging the levels looks very simple to you or your knife very powerful well better wait before you change the sissy difficulty... As for the iaps i really cannot understand why are there... Not even for a moment i need them.. The game gives plenty of anything and if you are little patient and don't ''run'' through the level, you can kill more zombies, so more money... Awesome game!!!! k1lljoy_89 Well-Known Member Nov 25, 2011 5,783 0 0 Look out your window. #19 k1lljoy_89, Sep 14, 2012 HELL YES. That is all. Rip73 Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2011 4,399 0 0 #20 Rip73, Sep 14, 2012 Gonna have to go with ironsam on this one. Went from the sissy difficulty and it really changed it up a gear. Had a look at the iap's as well. Totally unnecessary. You will not hit a pay wall of any kind. And yeah, it is very addictive.
