Spring is here and a couple in their autumn years have decided to go for a ride in their car just like in the old days. Bump the road with a simple touch to safely guide them on their trip and help them collect the memories of their past. - A new and unique control method - Use the touchscreen to modify the ground and push the characters around. - A feel good arcade game with a moving story – Discover the life of a family as you find memories while you play. - Travel as far as you can in ”Evergreen Ride” or beat your best time in ”Sunday Trip”. Then sit back and relax as you enjoy the story in ”Memory Lane”. Chosen by Apple as Game of the Week! ”Bumpy Road is one of the best purchases I’ve made on the app store. Not just because the gameplay has a hook unlike anything I’ve played on an iOS device, but also because it’s got a fantastic aesthetic.” - IGN.com (9/10 Editor's Choice) ”While Bumpy Road is indeed a solid high scoring game, it’s the peripheral elements that transcend it from being merely a well-made video game to an unforgettable experience ... if you like high scoring games or touching works of art, then you won’t want to miss Bumpy Road ” - Toucharcade.com "Must Have" - Slidetoplay.com (4/4) ” ... playing it means feeling love, not love for the designers or the medium or the state of being meaningfully distracted or the sense of communion with everyone who does this or even the game itself, but love. The feeling of love.” - Killscreendaily.com Information Seller:Simogo AB Genre:Arcade, Family Release:May 19, 2011 Updated:Nov 25, 2018 Version:2.5 Size:87.5 MB TouchArcade Rating: User Rating: (12) Your Rating:unrated Compatibility:HD Universal TA Preview: http://toucharcade.com/2011/04/19/hands-on-with-bumpy-road/ antony.thai Well-Known Member Dec 1, 2009 2,084 13 38 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam #2 antony.thai, May 18, 2011 Wat de heck of this week? Serian Well-Known Member Nov 26, 2010 582 0 0 #11 Serian, May 18, 2011 I can't tell completely, is this a game with distinct levels in some modes and also having an endless mode, or is it always endless driving? crex Doctor of Game of the Week-ology Oct 18, 2010 7,679 10 0 Everywhere and Nowhere #12 crex, May 18, 2011 THIS WILL BE AWESOME!!!!! Amazing night of releases. Ninjagorilla Well-Known Member Aug 6, 2010 307 0 0 #13 Ninjagorilla, May 18, 2011 Endless Mode with distinct levels sort of All the segments are designed and they're all chosen taken in consideration how far you've travelled. There are over 200 for the endless mode. Plus you collect these pictures, so it's not only score, there's also story progression. But it's also got a Time Trial mode with completely different levels and stuff in which you travel a set distance as fast as you can. Hope that makes it clearer Flamingo Member May 5, 2011 19 0 0 #14 Flamingo, May 18, 2011 What else is coming out tonight that's awesome? SirAwesome Well-Known Member May 20, 2010 976 0 0 #15 SirAwesome, May 18, 2011 This looks awesome. Plus I am very happy of the trend towards universal games ! I will gladly pay a premium to have a universal app. Capy_Nathan Well-Known Member Sep 14, 2009 78 0 0 Toronto http://www.capybaragames.com #16 Capy_Nathan, May 18, 2011 So very very excited to grab this tonight! Simogo were kind enough to send me a preview build of the game, which i COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY LOVED. Rarely do we get to see such a finely crafted, intensely polished, lovingly made game thats so wonderfully fun. The art is exquisite, the music & sounds are pitch-perfect, the gameplay is a great balance between simple & skill-based... I have nothing but awesome things to say about the game & the team, so all you TA forumites should pick this one up. I'll probably end up gifting it a few times just too doodlejumper Well-Known Member Jan 27, 2010 2,881 2 0 Stuck in traffic #17 doodlejumper, May 18, 2011 I was actually willing to pay $1.99, but $3? I gotta wait for a sale. I may pull the trigger on a shmup that I saw recently came out (can't remember the name, but it was $1.99 and looked great). Flamingo Member May 5, 2011 19 0 0 #20 Flamingo, May 18, 2011 Cool cheers.
