Is the noise in the loading screen meant to simulate the Amiga disk drive? Just feels a bit out of place if so, but it's a small grumble. Well worth the 2.39. Seriously, what a good remake, this Amiga a thousand times over. Prefer the joypad though.... DanteBen Member Sep 3, 2010 21 0 0 #11 DanteBen, Feb 27, 2011 Agreed, joypad is great. Whether the virtual joystick is actually needed on screen, I'm not sure of.. but in the corner of the screen on iPad it doesn't take up too much space. Pure awesome sauce. Howlingwolf Well-Known Member Feb 18, 2010 2,208 0 0 Uk #12 Howlingwolf, Feb 27, 2011 Yeah I'm using the Joypad not a fan of the tilt controls I'm sure they probably work better on the iPhone due too limited screen space though BazookaTime Well-Known Member Sep 30, 2009 5,340 1 36 Kansas http://www.paulmcraelind.com #13 BazookaTime, Feb 28, 2011 Loving this on the iPad and I am surprised how much I like the tilt controls. ojtitus Well-Known Member Jul 7, 2010 3,228 5 38 Male Canton, Ohio #14 ojtitus, Feb 28, 2011 This has been a surprisingly good weekend for releases, this game and Hunters in the same weekend. The visual aren't that bad when you actually play the game and they provide more variety + A good port and a good upgrade from the 90's amiga classic + Both control method work well. i used tilt on the iphone and c-pad on the ipad ++ Great fun on the ipad -Too easy...I crushed the steelfury 140-22. I played about an hour, hope it get more difficult later -You never change side...even after halftime.. odd! Ice cream! But wish it could be more transparent though. This game just screams game center mulit player!! The other comments are based on it doesn't save if you get a call mid game another thing that doesn't apply here with an iPad .
