But SNK are terrible when it comes to updates, their old games (Metal Slug 1,2,3 and X) all still have control problems yet are all still for sale. I've emailed them, various tweets also but nothing. One of the last iOS updates (think it was 11 or 12) broke the controls. DotEmu did a great job of creating the original apps for SNK but they obviously need SNK to pay them to update the apps Would love to see the old Metal Slug games updated, i probably will purchase this but hope SNK finally finally sort out their issues As for this game it plays very well, controls are great, you get a lot of options, they've gone with another company for the conversion (Hamster) and yeah its great. But please please SNK update the earlier ones ! Had a google, theres a whole list of ACA (Arcade Classic) games by Hamster for the Nintendo Switch and theres some great games on it (Including Metal Slug 1-3 and X) so maybe there'll be new conversions at some point. After turning on a controller you need to tap the little button that appears on the main menu to enable controller support.
