Battledots is simpler than hardcore strategy titles for the platform, more sophisticated than most casual takes on real-time strategy genres, and dominates the space in between with flair. Highly polished, pretty, smart and extremely frantic, but most of all a nearly perfect expression of how to build games for the simple end of the mobile paradigm. Also, for those of you who believe that monetization make the game, no IAP in sight. The in-game shop offers fun powers that are only purchased with in-game earnings. New dots are unlocked through campaign progression. Oh, and there are alternate backgrounds that you distinctly cannot purchase with any known real-world currency. I've yet to try online multiplayer. But it should work like this: If you enter the lobby, you see all available games on the right side. You can either join a specific one, if you want to play against a friend for example or you can just click on the "Play" icon and it will connect you to a random game. if there is no game available it will automatically create a new game for you where you have to wait until a player joins your game. You can also open up manually a new game if you click on the "+" icon. I hope this helps a bit And yes, Battledots is also available for Android and WP8. Later you will get also the "Destroyer" wich just destroys every dot no matter what type (up to 6) or the "Neutralizer" which turns every Dot (up to 5) into a "Saw". If someone uses the shield for attack and spams one on every line, i would concentrate my attack on one line and ignore the other ones, since they do only one damage...
