It took me a few to get the hang of controlling my guy (even though it's only one button). It's pretty addicting though trying to beat all the missions. Hopefully they implement GameCenter though. Gameplay vids don't really do it justice. I downloaded it because it seemed a fun concept and it's way more fun than i thought. It's crisp,colourfull,and full of missions and unlockables. So far it feels very fair,each time i die i only blame myself and i get better quickly. I'm normally not a huge endless runner/flyer/whatever fan but jetpack joyride got many,many hours of playtime from me. This is at least just as much fun to me. There are sets to collect,which i guess give bonuses,haven't got one yet so i'm not sure. Clothes and ropes can be unlocked through missions and premium currency. Premium currency can be gained by leveling up,and is earned very slowly so far. Leveling up is done by completing missions,all jetpack joyride style. There are rubies( premium currency) and coins. Coins are earned by rappeling and can be used for playing the gambling machine which earns you one time boosters. Both can be bought with real money ofcourse. All in all well worth to try it out for free i'd say. I'm having a blast with it. I did manage to restrain myself from making the situation worse and not saying but this game is really good but overall it was not a good vibe I was getting. So if your single and want to stay single then by all means download and play the hell out of this, if you have someone you'd like to ignore also go ahead and download this, but if you have something else you should be doing or paying attention to them best not even open the app, hide it away in a folder for times when your on your own. So all in all this game is damn good and very addictive, the graphics are awesome and the voices are cool. There best be a pirate costume coming in a future update tho or I'll have to start plundering and making people walk the plank Well done halfbrick you've done it again with another brilliant game. -Disclaimer- this is a totally true story and not made up to make unnecesary hype for the game..
