They work very well (when you remember to use them, dumb me). The jump is also well implemented - it's like a fling yourself in any direction though, not really a "jump" to me. But that too works great. I wish you could change your little Blobster's movement mid-air when he really goes a-flying but otherwise I think the touch controls are spot on. It looks great, plays great. Blob's animation is very fluid and gameplay is quite enjoyable. I would compare animation of the main character to Liqua Pop droplets and goo balls from World of Goo. Its that good. You can also have different skins for your main blob that you unlock by gifting them to your crystal or Facebook friends. Its a weird unlock mechanism, but its free for you and a bit of advertising for the devs. I unlocked camo blob so far. One thing I would like to clarify: if I unlock all the skins and then delete the app, do I get them back once I reinstall the game, or do I have to gift them again?
