Over the past week, we’ve seen some old games ported to the iPhone from major developers.
Diner Dash
Diner Dash a popular game that was one of the top selling games of 2004. It has since been ported to other platforms including the iPhone. Gameplay is described:
Gameplay involves seating customers and guiding Flo around the restaurant to serve customers. If enough money is earned after each level, play progresses to the next. As the game progresses Flo updates the dilapidated restaurant she begins with and builds three further restaurants, which provide new settings.

Star Trigon
Star Trigon was a 2002 puzzle game from Namco.
The object of Star Trigon is to rescue all of your stranded friends in each level. Stages are made up of a variety of planets viewed from a top-down perspective.
Star Trigon appears to be less well know but according to iLounge was based on an arcade game from the team responsible for the popular Mr. Driller puzzle titles. iLounge reviewed the iPod version (which is cheaper at $4.99) and enjoyed it:
Though it’s far lower in profile than the company’s earlier, disappointing releases of Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and Pole Position for Click Wheel iPods, Star Trigon is a game that’s legitimately worth downloading, though the simplicity of the gameplay and uber-Japanese aesthetics may turn off some players.
