Earlier today, Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi announced that Fantasian () part 2 is releasing this Friday. Fantasian part 2 completes the story and adds a ton of new music, dioramas, and quests in a more quest-driven structure. Mistwalker also revealed that this part should take between 40 and 60 hours to complete. It includes 50 new dioramas and 34 tracks of music from the soundtrack by Nobuo Uematsu. Following that announcement, two new trailers have gone live for Fantasian part 2. The first trailer focussed on the story that players can expect in this part while the second trailer has gameplay features including some of the big battles and locations included. Watch the two trailers belo:
Fantasian part 2 will begin rolling out on August 13th worldwide. Mistwalker says it will vary depending on your timezone as usual. If you haven’t gotten the first part yet, it is currently available here on Apple Arcade. Part 2 will arrive as an update. The soundtrack is on Spotify here and iTunes here following its Apple Music release. This is the complete 58 track soundtrack which Nobuo Uematsu said might be his last full soundtrack.
