Hearthstone‘s (Free) Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion is almost here, and Blizzard is making sure everyone is ready for it with the release of the latest 9.0 update that adds all the new cards to the Collection and changes Arena rewards. Specifically, the new update allows you to see all the new cards in your Collection once you switch to Crafting. It’s a great way to see all the cards you won’t manage to actually collect. Additionally, Arena rewards have been changed to reduce variance in the Arena. Reward bags will now no longer contain single, non-Golden Common cards. Additionally, the first two sets of cards you’ll see in the drafts will more likely be pushing synergies. The update has also nerfed poor Dreadsteed; it will now return back to the board at the end of the turn instead of the moment it’s destroyed.
The update has also added new cardbacks, fixed the usual bugs, and in general prepared the ground for the arrival of the expansion. Only a few days until Knights of the Frozen Throne officially goes live on August 10th, so make sure you get the pre-order deal before that day if you were planning on grabbing it. They really are worth the money.
With huge batteries like this one, charge speed is definitely an issue. With a 1 amp USB connection, a battery this size could take days to charge. It's one of the big benefits of the new USB-C - the ability to push more power.
I don't know anything about the lightning port throughout in terms of power but it's something I would want to understand before investing in this battery.
I believe Lightning is capable of delivering the same 2.4 amps as charging via the standard USB plug?
The pic in this article shows a "2.4amp Lightning Input" so you're good with the battery charging 👍
I picked up a 12,000 with lightning connector for around $20 and am very happy with it. The Poweradd Pilot 4GS. (2A input.)
Looks great but no USB-C or PD isn't futureproof enough for me
Unless I missed it... nowhere in the article, or pictures, does it say the product's size or weight. I admit to knowing little to nothing about these apparently useful batteries but my first question would be how big/heavy is it?
