Clash Royale‘s (Free) Draft Challenge – which used to be known as Crown Duel Challenge – is a very fun challenge, and it’s returning to the game tomorrow. If you haven’t played it in the past, in Draft Challenge you pick 1 of 2 cards 8 times, but the fun part is that the four cards you don’t pick end up in your opponent’s deck and vice-versa. So when the battle starts, you know half of your opponent’s deck. As you can imagine, trying to dump cards you don’t like on your opponent can be a double-edged sword because you don’t know what he or she has already picked.
There are two flavors of the Draft Challenge, the Classic and the Grand, and each player gets one free entry to the event. The Draft Challenge will be available in Friendly Battles from Feb 16-23 and in Challenges from Feb 17-23.
I would say this game also reminds me of Enter The Gungeon. I played it on Android when it was released. Definitely a lot of fun and very enjoyable.
What's with the free price tag? I went in to the App Store and it says in app purchases, but there was nothing listed. Is this FTP or a one time but to unlock? Given my love of BoI and desire to play EtG and NT, this is downloading now!
There IAP's, not sure why. You can buy gems which are used for upgrades and giving you another life if you die. You can also watch ads to get another life or earn gems.
