Well, it’s National Hoagie Day, and assuming you’re observing the holiday, that’s probably the most exciting thing that’s going to happen today. Here’s why- Every iOS dev releasing a game is really hoping for one thing: Some super sick featuring from Apple. The week a new major version of iOS hits along side with release of the new iPhone means two things are getting featured. If you load up the App Store, you’ll see all kinds of stuff updated for iOS 10 and on Friday we’ll see even more featuring categories for best games/apps for the iPhone 7.
So, this week is going to be a little bleak for new iOS game releases. The list of games that have been posted to our forums is ridiculously scant, and after double checking all my feeds… Unless you’re into an endless barrage of dumb slot machine apps and Flappy Bird clones (Yes, people still release hundreds of each of those a day.) there’s not a whole lot. But, hey, on the up-side, iOS 10 stickers are pretty fun and we’re just a few days away from new iPhones!
