While I’m sure when it comes to super sagas, people around here would be way more excited to hear about a Superstar Saga, I’ve got no doubta that King’s new Farm Heroes Super Saga (Free) won’t be stupidly popular. We liked the original Farm Heroes Saga (Free) in our review, but noted that there’s really only so much you can do in the world of match three to differentiate your new game from your already existing incredibly popular old games. Farm Heroes Saga did this through the addition of a new scoring system, some different obstacles, and a surprisingly cool boss battle mechanic.
Like most King sequels, Super Saga builds on the Farm Heroes mechanics in subtle ways that you honestly don’t really even need to play the original to enjoy- Kind of like how you can hop right in to Candy Crush Soda Saga (Free) regardless of whether or not you’ve even played the original Candy Crush (Free). King games always seem to attract a large contingent of haters, but there’s a reason why so many people are playing them: They’re typically incredibly fun games. If you haven’t tried Farm Heroes yet, think about giving Super Saga a spin.
