We’ve been following the strange release of Chair’s VOTE!!! ($0.99) since it popped up on international App Stores this morning, and it looks like someone has flipped the switch to make it live everywhere including the US App Store. It’s even under 50MB so you can beat up Romney and/or Obama without needing to find WiFi to download it.
