Honkai Star Rail (Free) version 2.1 update “Into the Yawning Chasm" launches worldwide on March 27th (this Wednesday) bringing in three new characters, more of Penacony’s secrets, added story content, and more. Ahead of its release, Honkai Star Rail 2.1 pre-installation has gone live on iOS, Android, and PC. The Honkai Star Rail 2.1 update download size is approximately 11.5GB on iOS. If you’ve not played the game in a while, the last major Honkai Star Rail update brought in Apple Vision Pro and more. The new characters for today’s update are Acheron, Aventurine, and Gallagher with Xianzhou Luofu, Luocha, and Jingliu returning. The new story content for this update will take place within the Clock Studios Theme Park and Dewlight Pavilion of Penacony. Watch the newest Honkai Star Rail trailer below:

You can pre-install the update from the title screen after logging in as usual on iOS. As revealed before, you will be able to take part in events to earn up to 20 Star Rail Special Passes, 1600 Stellar Jades, and more with this update.
