Following pre-installation going live earlier this week, HoYoverse has released the firstm major update for space fantasy turn-based RPG Honkai Star Rail on iOS, Android, and PC platforms. Honkai Star Rail 1.1 brings in an updated Herta Space Station, three new playable characters: Silver Wolf, Luocha, and Yukong, new companion missions, gameplay feature updates, events, and a lot more. The events include ‘Starhunt Game’ and the limited-time event ‘Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities’. The new map is the History and Culture Museum. If you pre-downloaded the update, you still have a small download in-game update of around 214MB on iPad. On PC, this is 2GB for some reason. Watch the Honkai Star Rail 1.1 update trailer below:
Honkai Star Rail is available for free on the App Store for iOS here, on Google Play for Android here, and check it here on the Epic Games Store in addition to its regular PC version. I’m interested to see what’s next for the game after today’s update and if HoYoverse eventually reaches the same pace as updates for Genshin Impact with Honkai Star Rail. I’m also hoping it releases on PS5 soon so I can play on both iPad and PS5 as I do with Genshin Impact. Have you been playing Honkai Star Rail regularly since it launched on mobile and PC and will you be checking out today’s 1.1 update?
