Early last month, Motion Twin and Playdigious announced that Dead Cells ($8.99) for iOS and Android would get the remaining updates and DLC at the time in the form of The Queen and the Sea DLC and the ‘Everyone is Here‘ and ‘Practice Makes Perfect’ updates. Check out Shaun’s review of the Switch DLC here. If you’ve not gotten the DLC on any other platform yet, Dead Cells ‘The Queen and the Sea’ brings two new late-game biomes, a special boss, a new ending, and more to the game. ‘The Queen and the Sea’ also completed what Motion Twin started with the previous paid DLC. Watch the release date trailer for the mobile version below:
Dead Cells Queen and the Sea DLC releases on April 7th for iOS and Android. The DLC is priced at $4.99 on PC and consoles. Motion Twin also released a DLC bundle on those platforms. Check out the DLC on Steam here. I hope Playdigious offers a complete DLC bundle once this is out to allow those who just own the base game to buy everything together. If you haven’t bought Dead Cells on mobile yet, read our review of the iOS port here. If you’re on iOS, you can buy it on the App Store. Check it out on Google Play here for Android.
