Pokemon Unite (Free) for iOS and Android from The Pokemon Company has finally become available to download worldwide. Pokemon Unite debuted on Nintendo Switch a little while ago with a mobile version set for “September 2021". The 5v5 team battler supports full cross platform play and account linking for mobile and Nintendo Switch as well. If you’ve not kept up with it, Pokemon Unite was initially revealed as a project from The Pokemon Company and Tencent and it has been developed by Tencent’s Timi Studio (Call of Duty Mobile). Alongside today’s mobile launch, new in-game events will be live. The second battle pass with new cosmetics including new Holowear with special visual effects is also going live today. Spectator Mode features will also be rolling out in a limited capacity on Nintendo Switch today. More Pokemon are planned to be added alongside balance updates for maps and Pokemon in the future. Once you launch the game on iOS and Android, you get the option to link an account or start fresh. If you already have progress from Nintendo Switch, you can bring it over here and make sure everything remains synced in the future. Servers are supposed to go live in a few hours.
