Over the last few months, everyone has been wondering when Rivals of Aether, the indie fighting game would arrive on Nintendo Switch. Today, a release date was finally revealed for Rivals of Aether Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch but the developers also finally revealed the release date for Creatures of Aether (Free). Creatures of Aether is the PvP card battler in the Rivals of Aether universe. Creatures of Aether features characters from Rivals of Aether and new original ones. It has been developed by Tako Boy Studios in collaboration with the main fighter’s development team. Your aim is to collect elemental creatures, legendary rivals from the fighting game, explore dungeons, and take down other players. Watch the new trailer for Creatures of Aether below:

At launch Creatures of Aether includes a ranked ladder that features PvP and PvE dungeons. As of now it is set for release on iOS and Android on September 28th worldwide. If the game does well enough, the developers might look into bringing it to PC as well. For now, you can pre-order Creatures of Aether on the App Store for iOS here and pre-register for it on Google Play for Android here.
