The Artful Escape from developer Beethoven & Dinosaur and publisher Annapurna Interactive was revealed a while ago before it was confirmed for Apple Arcade. Today, Creative Director Johnny Galvatron showcases an extended look at the gameplay in The Artful Escape in a new video that has dialogue options, platforming, exploration, and more. I love Annapurna Interactive games and it looks like The Artful Escape will fit right in. The Artful Escape will have you traversing gorgeous locations full of colour alongside your guitar. It is full of great visual design decisions. Your aim is to help Francis Vendetti find his stage persona. The Artful Escape is out “soon" on Apple Arcade, Steam, and Xbox One. Check out the Steam page for it here for more screenshots. I can’t wait to play it and hopefully enjoy it enough to buy it on console just like Sayonara Wild Hearts. Hopefully there are some good references to guitar brands and players hidden away in this adventure.
