Sentinels of the Multiverse ($1.99), the popular card game with a thousand heroes and villains and a billion expansions (only slight exaggeration), is celebrating its 3rd anniversary this week, and as is to expected, it’s dropping prices and offering deals for all those who either haven’t bought the game yet or haven’t bought the zillion expansions (again, only slight exaggeration). So, the base game is now at its lowest price ever, $.99 cents (down from $6.99), Season 1—which includes 7 expansions, 11 new heroes, 19 villains, and 11 environments— is 40% off ($14.99), and all standalone expansions are cheaper by a dollar. As you can see, this anniversary is the perfect time to either grab or expand the game for pretty cheap.
Sentinels of the Multiverse really is one of the most entertaining and unique card games in the App Store, eschewing fantasy and sci-fi themes for a whole universe of superheroes and supervillains. That gives it a very different flavor and plenty of entertaining moments. And with more content coming in the future, now is a great time to grab at least the base game.
