It was just a few days ago that we brought you the news of Silly Walks, an upcoming game from Party Time Monk– er, I mean PART Time Monkey, that has you playing as various types of food come to life who must make their way through gauntlets filled with everyday household items who have also come to life and want to kill you. Yeah, it’s a weird and awesome premise. Anyway, that first trailer was more of an overview of the entire game, but Part Time Monkey has recently posted a more direct gameplay trailer showing what the actual game flow of playing through a level in Silly Walks is like. Check it out.
This is the type of game where the more I see of it, the more excited I get to play it. I also love the quick zoom-in and foreboding tuba that plays when you encounter an enemy object and how elaborate some of the level layouts are. I’m pretty much always a sucker for games that take place in everyday household environments like this. Silly Walks is still in development but it looks as though Part Time Monkey is still taking in some beta testers, so those who are interested should head over to the forum thread to inquire about that and we’ll bring you any more news on the game’s progress as it continues.
