OK Golf‘s ($1.99) claim to fame is its lovely visuals, but it also offers an entertaining—if not wholly faithful—version of golf. The game has been putting around iOS for some time now, but it’s finally ready to go for an Android birdie soon. If you pre-register for the Android version here, you’ll get a launch reward—an exclusive 3-hole preview of an upcoming course set on the rooftops of Paris. We generally liked the game when we reviewed it, although we did have some issues with the game’s inability to decide how faithful it would be to the rules of the actual sport.
Still, the game is lovely to look out, and recent updates have apparently fixed some of the issues we had with it. It’s definitely worth checking out, especially with more levels coming to the game.
