Excitement surrounding the upcoming release of Planescape: Torment is incredibly high in our forums, and according to a tweet by Beamdog President Trent Oster the wait is (almost) over. It’s also apparently their most polished release yet, which says a lot as their ports of the Baldur’s Gate games were pretty great. A trailer for Planescape: Torment was released late last month, which is totally worth a look if you’ve never heard of this game before:
Planescape: Torment is available for pre-purchase on Steam with an unlock time of 2:00 PM Pacific today. App Store releases (specifically the time of release) can be pretty unpredictable, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled for whenever it pops up on the App Store today. Early reviews of the game seem very positive, so, this definitely seems like an RPG worth paying attention to.
UPDATE: The game just hit the App Store, Planescape: Torment Enhanced Edition ($9.99) is available now as a universal app for $9.99. We’ve got a forum thread which hopefully will get some first impressions in it soon.

Dipes changed now
Hoping for an Apple TV version!
Yes please!!!
Looking into that
Wooo! So much fun with my SteelSeries! Definitely the preferred way to play. No more zombies sneaking up from under my thumbs 😌
Hoping to get it!
Did I miss something?because in an previous post they wrote that the MFI update was coming today.
UPDATE:
When I was writing this and returned for the 8th time to check for the update on the AppStore the update was finally popping up.😁
It can take awhile to actually get to people, even though I hit the button at Midnight.
I don't understand some gamers on the one side people complain about the FTP games but when they can buy a real good game with no FTP shenanigans and that is fair priced and rewards early buyers they complain that they must pay more than early buyers when they buy the game later on developers don't increase the price of the game they deliver a greater gaming experience and that work must be paid.
Haha woops. Free just sort of won over time, I guess.
Well I for one still almost exclusively play premium titles, and I'm happy to say almost all of your excellent games are in my phone! Keep up the good fight for immersive uninterrupted gameplaying goodness!
I only game on my iPhone 6 plus. I have a steel series controller that I use for the AppleTV. I haven't tried it, but do some of you play with a controller and your iPhone? Just seems weird, this huge controller & small screen...
It's the same for me I have also 6+ and
play with Madcatz c.t.r.l but the gameplay experience is so much better touchscreen isn't the best way for gaming however there are some great touchscreen setups but not so many I bought a cheap cable €12,- so that I can connect my iPhone to play on my HDTV with my controller the same experience when I play my Xbox/PS.
I recognize that it's a good game, but it's not really for me. I tried it for a bit and the main gameplay style doesn't do anything for me.
The random elements seem really neat though.
TY Rocketcat!!! I'm your fan since Hook Champ!!!! Loved the MFi Support!!! TY, TY, TY!!!
