War & Glory is an upcoming strategy game described as an online sandbox strategy game modeled on the real-world history during the events of World War II. After months of development and tinkering with the various mechanics, the game is ready for Alpha testing. As you can see from the trailer below, the game is hex based but isn’t your usual kind of hex-based strategy game. For instance, you have to build roads to attack your opponents with tanks and other vehicles. It’s hard to tell much else from the trailer and the minimal information on the website, but we do know that the game will have factions, and you’ll be able to use diplomacy, politics, and military to pursue your objectives.
