For those looking for some tank mayhem, today’s your lucky day because Phil Hassey’s Tankout (Free) has just attacked the App Store. As we wrote about a few days ago, Tankout is a tricky game to describe because it combines creating with destroying and then wrapping all that up in competitive play. You try to take out your opponents in a variety of online worlds, and as you do, you collect coins. The fun part is you can spend those coins to build your own worlds, but others can damage those worlds and insert their own obstacles as well. It’s one of those games that’s easier to figure out by playing rather than reading about.
