The card game Plants Vs Zombies Heroes (Free) has been doing pretty well so far, even grabbing one of Apple’s best of 2016 awards recently. In the latest update, PVZH has added a new feature that should get players logging into the game more often. The new addition is weekly in-game single and multiplayer events that let you unlock new cards to add to your collection. These new cards aren’t available via any other means, so this is your chance to grab some sweet exclusives. If you win games with that week’s featured Hero class, you can boost the amount of tickets you earn, which in turn you can use to grab even more cards.
In addition to these events, we are also getting Feastivus, the holiday event that brings plenty of holiday-themed content to the game. Feastivus will run throughout the month of December, so go grab some holiday goodies.

Holy h ... holy f ..... YES! YEEEEES!
Holy fvck you mean?
Yes!
I really hope the virtual controls are whitehead level and not the original sonic control level.
ah capcom. the one with the release-and-forget business strategy. good luck with their support, folks.
This is good news. Can we get the PSP revamps, please?
May as well.
PSP and PS Vita are defunct, no matter how many people don't want to admit it, but at least those handheld gaming experiences can live on mobile.
I can't imagine how frustrating those nearly impossible jumps are going to be on a mobile device. Regardless, I'll still play the game.
Completely agree! :)
Virtual controls can't be virtually thrown across the room when you fall into a pit of spikes for the hundredth time.
Actually throwing your phone could make this an expensive game.
(Speaking of which... How much money do you think Nintendo could have made off of our childhood frustrations by not making those old NES controllers so durable back then?)
Those controller could go through WW2 without a scratch. Still has mine since 1990.
That's why I really hope devs start using MFI as a controller standard option.
There are people out there who do you controllers with their iPads.
It hurts that I have the street fighter collection and a Gamevice controller, but no way can they work together.
Awesome news!
Screw nintendo. Bring on Megaman!
If the ports are good this will be awesome.
Please have mfi
This one Capcom really could have used for the Street Fighter collection on iOS, albiet MFI was not a standard back then.
Hopefully Capcom will start porting more of their classics to iOS starting with the Mega Man series....with proper MFI support.
Street Fighter 3, Dark stalkers, Devil May Cry with an iPad + Gamevice is perfect.
Same day you guys report Shigeru says no one would pay for OG Super Mario Bros., you guys also report OG Mega Man games to be released, I'm assuming because there's some sort of monetary value to them...
I mean, Capcom sure hopes so. We'll see.
Small correction, the original iOS MegaMan 2 wasn't emulated, it was a port of a mobile phone version of the game. While the controls weren't great they actually did a decent job of reworking the game so that it was easier and therefore possible to beat with touch controls.
Hopefully they've done the same with this release (and the screenshot does suggest it's not emulated with the different health bar placement). I also really hope it's got MFi support. I'll definitely be buying this when it releases.
You'd dare buy these games and defy Miyamoto-sama's royal decree!? You wish to suffer the wrath of Shigeru-kami and bring calamity upon us!? FOOL! YOU HAVE DOOMED THE ENTIRE HIDDEN ARCADE OF THE GLORIOUS TOUCH IN THE POCKET VILLAGE!
I have MMX & MM2 for iOS; still gonna buy these!! MEGAMAN ROX
