After loads of anticipation overnight, Nintendo revealed a video showing off what the rumored Nintendo NX actually is, as well as what they’re calling it. The Nintendo Switch, as its dubbed, can be played either as a mobile device with detachable controllers or as a home console by dropping it in a dock. Check it out:
It’ll be interesting to see how the Nintendo NX does. At first glance, it might seem a little big for hauling around, but remember, we’ve gotten very used to bringing giant (in my case, iPad Pro-sized) tablets nearly everywhere we go. It’s possible Nintendo hit the sweet spot here between making console gamers who want to play on a TV happy, as well as people looking for a fancier Nintendo mobile experience beyond what the 3DS offers.
Of course no pricing or anything else has been announced beyond a release date of March 2017. What do you guys think? Are you going to get one? Is the decades-old internet meme that Nintendo is doomed finally coming true? Or something else entirely? Let us know in the comments.

Owning territory in a game like this seems like a great novel idea. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out.
Ahh!!! I though Immortal Throne from Titan Quest.Sorry.
Im playing it right now. its not bad, but it has WAY TOO MANY energy gates designed to get you to pay money. You an pay to get troops home faster. You can pay to get resources faster. You can pay to summon tons of heros in order to sac and get xp and skills for your main heros. And after all that paying, you still have stamina per hero that diminishes EXTREMELY quickly once you are out of Newbie Protection. Couple this absurd stamina loss with the need to launch at least 14 attacks on a minimum level afk player just to wipe his city means the whole endeavor is designed as a "gem shop" sink.
I cant say its not fun currently since the amount of free gems at our disposal to "test" is crazy. Once this game goes live however it will definitely be a penis contest of wallet proportions.
Another game that has been doing this exact smae style MMO strategy map is finally coming to mobile this year. Its been a successful PC game and finally going handheld. It does what this game does but 20 times better. Its Stronghold Kingdoms made by Firefly studios. It does have some p2w, but.. and its a huge but.... at least you dont have to pay money in order to keep playing it. You can literally play all day and do everything in the game 24/7 without paying a dime. Oh yeah, and its not from China and has been doing legitimate business for years so you know your information isnt being hacked and sold to north korea. Sure maybe you wont advance the fastest or have the best armies as the guy who is selling helicopters IRL in order to buy gems, but you can COMPETE and more importantly, you can play as much as you want.
Does anyone know who drew these illustrations for the game. They're good.
