Very soon you’ll have the chance to step into the shoes of the famous Hercule Poirot, Agatha Christie’s portly, Belgian detective. Agatha Christie: The A.B.C. Murders is based on one of Christie’s most famous novels, and it has received good reviews on other platforms. Now, we are getting the game on mobile, and I’m excited since Agatha Christie was one of my favorite authors growing up. The game starts with Poirot receiving a mysterious letter from someone who goes by the name A.B.C.. In the letter, A.B.C. announces a murder while challenging Poirot’s abilities, something that the very, very arrogant detective is sure to get offended by.
The mystery takes Poirot all over England as he attempts to put an end to A.B.C.’s plans. The adventure game will have you interrogating suspects and witnesses, solving puzzles to discover clues, reconstructing the last moments leading of the murder, and, of course, searching crime scenes to find the clues needed. The game is coming out September 29th for both iOS and Android, and it will cost $6.99.
